Shipping Policy

Our team ensures you get your medicines on time. We have been facing some delays due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic but things are slowly getting better and we are glad to serving you. This shipping policy explains you everything right from shipping methods, charges, time period of delivering you the products etc. If you do not understand the policy or have some queries, please do not hesitate to reach our customer care team.

1) Shipment methods

Currently, we have provided one type of shipping method – Express shipment. Express shipment method takes about 5 to 7 working days to reach parcel at your door step. We charge £10 for express shipment. The turnaround time for UK is 5 to 7 working days. Also, you may not be able to track your orders until it reaches your destination country. You can get the order tracking code within 24 to 72 hours after placing order with us.

2) Reshipment process

We offer reshipment in situations such as receiving damaged parcel or the parcel is stuck in the custom for over 2 weeks. In such cases, you can either request for re-shipment or full refund. Please go through our refund policy to understand more about the re-shipment process and terms and conditions regarding the same. You can also connect with our customer care team.

3) Shipping FAQs

  • When the order is shipped?

We dispatched the order within 24 hours post verification. You also get an email from us with the order tracking code and it takes about 5 to 6 business days.

  • How can I check my order status?

You can track down your order once the parcel reaches the destination country. You may see messages such as “Tracking details not found” or “Pre-Shipment” when you try to track down the parcel when it has not reach the destination country yet. We suggest you to wait at least 5 to 6 working days to get an email from us and then proceed to check your order status.

Once you receive the mail, you can go on to ‘Track my order’ button which will redirect you to the page where you can find all the details regarding the status of your order. It’s that simple!

  • I received wrong products? What do I do?

In this case, please get in touch with our customer care team. They will arrange free re-shipment for you.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide us accurate shipping address to avoid the delay and chaos.

  • What is the custom clearance procedure?

It’s a mandatory process for all kinds of products delivered from one country to another. This process takes about 1 to 2 working days. However, this time span may extend up to 7 working days in some events. We have seamless custom clearance process in the UK and the USA, Canada, Australia etc.

To prevent delay due to custom clearance process, we divide the bulk packages into small parcels and ship them one by one keeping a time span of 3 to 5 working days between each shipment.
